Metapyxl, Built Into ExhibitIQ
Provenance, licensing, and property rights protected for the life of a work.
ExhibitIQ has integrated Metapyxl into its platform. Authorship, provenance, rights, monitoring, licensing, and verification are now managed inside ExhibitIQ itself, with no separate tool to switch to.
Trust does not stop at the point of sale. It follows the work wherever access, interpretation, and stewardship depend on knowing what something is and where it came from.
ExhibitIQ is the infrastructure layer for the cultural asset economy. A single work of art passes through a lot of hands on its way through the world, and its record should travel as carefully as the work itself. This has usually not been the case until now.
Metapyxl closes the gap. Once a work is managed in ExhibitIQ, it carries the context that explains it: who made it, what rights apply, how it can be used, and what record stands behind its provenance, all in one interface.
What changes inside ExhibitIQ
For galleries and institutions, the workflow stays as it is. Works are registered, managed, shared, and prepared for sale in the same place as before, with authorship and rights now captured up front rather than pieced together later.
For artists, documenting authorship begins with the work, not after something goes wrong. A work doesn't have to sell to be worth tracking, and from the moment it exists, you can follow where it travels.
For collectors, the structured context tied to a work, its creator, and its rights history stands behind the authenticity of what they own.
Metapyxl makes authorship and property rights easy to establish at the outset, and easier to hold onto over time.
Monitoring and review
Documenting a work is only the start. Once a piece is published or shared, the Metapyxl layer inside ExhibitIQ monitors where it surfaces online: where it is being seen, shared, and discovered. Some of those results may indicate misuse. Unauthorized uses are flagged and checked against the work's ownership, license, and contract terms. Metapyxl not only helps prove that an image is yours, it shows whether a given use is allowed.
For any detected irregular use, Metapyxl's record becomes the basis to act. Match data and supporting detail are automatically assembled into evidence packets and DMCA-ready materials, ready for legal review and sending.
The same records also support licensing. A work can be cleared and licensed on the terms its owner sets, so provenance becomes a path to revenue, not only a defense.
Verification beyond the platform
Verification works outside the platform's walls with Metapyxl's Lens, a browser extension that lets a viewer inspect what stands behind an image: its maker, its rights, and the provenance held in the record. Lens can be used by anyone and is not limited to ExhibitIQ's customers.
Metapyxl belongs in ExhibitIQ
ExhibitIQ is the system of record for art, collectibles, and cultural assets. Metapyxl is the layer that makes those records easier to verify, preserve, and act on, by connecting each work to the authorship, rights, and provenance behind it.
Metapyxl keeps that data close to the work itself, where it belongs.
