WMW Partners Inc dba Metapyxl complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, as set forth by the U.S.

Department of Commerce. WMW Partners Inc dba Metapyxl has certified to the U.S.

Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union and the United Kingdom in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. 1.  Scope

This policy applies to personal data from customers, users, and website visitors that

Metapyxl receives from the EU and UK in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. This policy does not apply to human resources data.

•       Payment processing (Stripe): subscription payment processing, invoicing, and fraud prevention.

•       Customer support/communications providers (if used): to provide customer support and send service-related communications.

•       Security and monitoring providers (if used): to secure the service, detect abuse, and troubleshoot issues.

•       Analytics and performance providers (if used): to understand service usage, improve performance, and troubleshoot errors; these providers may receive online identifiers such as IP address, device/browser information, and usage events.

We remain liable under the DPF Principles if our service providers process personal data in a manner inconsistent with those Principles, unless we prove that we are not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.

Metapyxl has selected VeraSafe as its independent recourse mechanism for DPF-related complaints. 10.  Enforcement and Arbitration

Metapyxl is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC). 11.  Lawful Requests

Metapyxl may be required to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

12.  Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. If we make material changes, we will notify users via email or our website. The “Effective Date” indicates when this policy was last updated.
